Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Application
The application deadline is May 10th, and we hope to review all applications and make decisions within a week of that deadline.
- Stage 2
Questionnaire
A written questionnaire that you'll complete asynchronously (hopefully May 14-18)
- Stage 3
Interview #1
First video interview with two of your potential future teammates (hopefully May 26 - June 4)
- Stage 4
Skills Assessment
This stage will include a (paid!) skills-based project and an interview with another three of your potential future teammates (hopefully June 8-17)
- Stage 5
Interview #3
A final video interview with members of our leadership team (hopefully June 22-24)
- Stage 6
Offer
We hope to extend an offer in late June, depending on how all the rest of these stages go. 🙂
