Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Application

The application deadline is January 25th, and we hope to review all applications and make decisions within a week of that deadline. 
Stage 2

Questionnaire

A written questionnaire that you'll complete asynchronously (hopefully Jan 29 - Feb 2)
Stage 3

Interview #1

First video interview with two of your potential future teammates (hopefully Feb 10-13)
Stage 4

Interview #2 [Technical]

Second, skills-focused video interview with another two or three of your potential future teammates (hopefully Feb 17-27)
Stage 5

Interview #3

A final video interview with members of our leadership team (hopefully Mar 3-5)
Stage 6

Offer

We hope to extend an offer by mid-March, depending on how all the rest of these stages go. 🙂
